How we collect, use and protect information from visitors, founders, investors, enterprises and partners across qindraventures.com.

Effective date: July 18, 2026

Qindra Ventures ("Qindra", "we", "us", "our") operates qindraventures.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, use our AI Assistant, or submit a form to us, and how that information is used, stored and protected. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on the Site — the contact form, a partnership or programme enquiry, a careers application, or the guided lead-capture flow in our AI Assistant — we collect what you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role, the nature of your enquiry (e.g. Founder, Investor, Enterprise, Government, Partner, Programme), and any message or description you provide.

Conversations with our AI Assistant. Our AI Assistant answers questions from a fixed, curated knowledge base about Qindra — it does not use an external AI service and does not send your conversation to any third-party language-model provider. If you choose to share your details through the Assistant's lead-capture flow, that information is stored the same way as information submitted through our other forms.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location, and pages visited. We enable IP anonymisation where supported. See "Cookies & Analytics" below.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and route it to the right team (Studio, Capital, ScaleHub, Enterprise & Government, or Education programmes);
  • Evaluate applications for our programmes, bootcamps, or careers openings;
  • Maintain a record of partnership and investment enquiries so the Qindra team can follow up;
  • Understand and improve how visitors use the Site; and
  • Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details you submit for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure Site usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings to block third-party cookies. The Site does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How we store & protect your information

Information submitted through our forms is stored in a database operated by Qindra, with a working copy maintained internally for our team's review. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site — for example, our email delivery provider (used solely to notify our team of new enquiries) and Google Analytics (used solely for Site usage statistics);
  • Qindra team members and advisors directly involved in evaluating your enquiry, application, or partnership; and
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Qindra or others.

6. Data retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain a record of our engagement with founders, investors and partners, and meet legal or operational requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for founders, investors, enterprises, government organisations, students, engineers and professionals engaging with Qindra in a professional or educational capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. International visitors

Qindra is based in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, India, and information you submit is processed and stored in accordance with applicable Indian law. If you are visiting from outside India, including from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your information will be transferred to and processed in India.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact us

If you have questions about this policy or wish to exercise your rights over your information, contact us at mshekar@qindraventures.com or through our contact form.
